About The Role
As the Head of Account Directors, you will be the senior operational leader responsible for the performance, growth, and long-term success across the portfolio. This role holds delegated P&L accountability and is responsible for delivery excellence, client satisfaction, contract health, and people leadership.
This role is critical in embedding operational excellence, driving consistency, and supporting growth across WA, VIC, NSW, QLD, and NT. Your leadership will directly shape the future of your portfolio, strengthening customer relationships, uplifting capability, and ensuring we continue to deliver with confidence at scale.
Responsibilities will include:
- Own delivery performance, Service Level Agreement’s, client satisfaction and escalations across the portfolio.
- Lead contract health, risk and margin governance in partnership with Finance and CCO function.
- Directly lead and develop Account Directors, driving performance, consistency and capability uplift.
- Build a high performing Account Director cohort with clear standards, accountability and career pathways.
- Hold delegated P&L accountability, portfolio forecasting, reporting and monthly account cadence.
- Partner with Growth, Strategic Client Partner’s and Delivery to support pipeline, bids, remediation and portfolio uplift.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Extensive experience in IT services or managed services environments, ideally in senior delivery or account leadership roles
- Demonstrated success leading large‑scale delivery and/or account management teams
- operational discipline with well‑developed people leadership and commercial acumen
- Experienced leader who is trusted as a strategic partner,
- Demonstrated success leading complex client remediations and stabilising accounts.
